Jon “Beauty Salon” Hamm,

President, and Co-Founder of P4P Ent.,

Jonathan “Beauty Salon” Hamm was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He split time between the Decatur, Edgewood, and Riverdale metro Atlanta areas throughout his youth. Mr. Hamm was inspired to work in the music business as a youth while working security for Black Mafia Family through Black Shield Security company. He saw artists like Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy grow into superstars as young teens illegally working for the security company. Black Mafia Family is the most famous black organized family in American history lead by Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory. Mr. Hamm later attended Southern Illinois University and Clark Atlanta University and received a Bachelor in Music Business degree from SIU Carbondale. He was later mentored by the late Mar Brown (VP of Atlantic Records) and John Monopoly (Kanye West manager) while working for a small independent record label, eventually starting his own. His biggest influences are Pierre “Pee” Thomas and Kevin “Coach K” Lee (CEO of Quality Control), Suge Knight (CEO of Death Row), Anthony Tiffith ( CEO of Top Dawg Ent) and Sean Combs (Founder of Bad Boy Records).

Eduardo “Editz” Macias,

Videographer, and Vice President of P4P Ent.,

Editz, born and raised in New Mexico, has always been infatuated with capturing the ultimate perspective with his images and visuals. He is known for having the “Eye”. His unique yet extremely modern cinematic aesthetic is what sets him apart from others. Being able to conquer multiple aspects of film and photography from cooperate, to weddings, to music videos and special effects, he has true versatility. He has worked with multiple large names and companies which has boosted his image.

Robert “The Principle” Porchà,

Vice President

Robert was born into the hip-hop scene. Being influenced at the time by Tupac, Lecrae, Lauryn Hill, Common & OutKast, He started writing lyrics at age 16. Robert declined a contract with a local record label. Robert later moved to Miami, Florida where he began to develop himself as an artist and lyricist doing gospel rap with his close friend Diego Calderon.

While in Miami Robert got A thumbs up from DMX on his lyricism, received invitations to perform in front of Rev. Run, respects paid by Mike Will Made It on his production, and consulted for MMG Latino, which at the time was a branch of Slip N Slide Records (Trick Daddy, Trina, and Rick Ross). He also collaborated with Grammy award-winning Engineer Clay Ostwald (Pianist for multi-platinum Latin pop legend Gloria Stephan’s “Sound Machine”).
